Chengdong adopts a full life-cycle approach to create modular housing solutions, maximizing social value while minimizing environmental impact. This commitment permeates the entire process, from asset management and low-carbon construction and operation to sustainable supply chain development and end-to-end process optimization, using holistic solutions to facilitate sustainable development.
CDPH (HAINAN) leverages its intelligent factory for large-scale production, with over 90% of its modular housing components prefabricated in the factory and assembled on-site, effectively reducing carbon emissions during production and construction. Each reuse of its modular container houses saves 4.38 tons of carbon emissions (equivalent to planting 19 large trees), with an ideal lifespan exceeding 15 years, empowering green construction and contributing to the sustainable development of the construction industry.
The CDPH (HAINAN) Charity Foundation focuses on supporting education, disaster relief, and helping the needy, fulfilling its corporate social responsibility through continuous philanthropic actions; it also protects the legitimate rights and interests of its employees in accordance with the law, creating a fair, standardized, safe, and secure working environment. On the front lines of emergency response and overseas aid, we consistently respond quickly and deploy efficiently, demonstrating our commitment to the mission of "Turning to CDPH (HAINAN) for Urgent, Difficult, and Dangerous Situations" through concrete actions.
To ensure the scientific and transparent nature of corporate governance, we have established a diversified board of directors with reasonable allocation of gender, professional expertise, and industry experience. We have also established a sound internal control and compliance system covering all business processes, strictly enforced anti-corruption and anti-commercial bribery systems, and set up multiple complaint channels to handle employee requests 24 hours a day to ensure that issues are handled in a timely and fair manner.
By introducing advanced European modular design concepts, each functional unit can be independently divided and flexibly combined; the node design is more scientific and reasonable, which not only ensures the precision of the connection and the stability of the structure, but also greatly improves the efficiency of installation and disassembly.
