Temperate and tropical coastal environments are often highly corrosive, primarily due to their unique climate and geographical features. They are influenced by the marine climate year-round, resulting in high air humidity, high salinity, consistently high temperatures, and significant temperature variations. These highly corrosive environments pose a significant challenge to buildings, transportation infrastructure, and industrial equipment, necessitating specific anti-corrosion measures such as the use of corrosion-resistant materials and regular application of anti-corrosion coatings to extend the service life of these facilities.
Roof drainage strength: The test showed that there was no leakage on the roof when the drainage strength was 16mm/min, which meets the drainage requirements under extreme rainstorm conditions.
Floor substrate: Cement particleboard, Class A non-combustible; Interior ceiling: Metal panel, Class A non-combustible.
The structure is made of hot-dip galvanized material; the surface of the structure is then painted, providing double protection against rust.

Product Requirements:
① The enclosure must be insulated; the door and window structure should be optimized for effective indoor ventilation.
② The enclosure should have enlarged rainwater pipes.
③ For areas with heavy or frequent rainfall, a double-pitched roof should be added, and centralized drainage should be replaced with roof drainage.
④ Special requirements for doors and windows: double-glazed tempered pressure-bearing glass with capillary tubes, sealed on-site; sealing strips should be installed around the perimeter to ensure airtightness.
⑤ Galvanized and painted finish.
⑥ Durable bolt treatment.

The project is located in Sri Lanka, an area with high humidity and is influenced by monsoons year-round. The southwest monsoon brings heavy rainfall, especially in the southern and western regions, where annual precipitation can reach over 2500 mm. The wind load is 0.5 KN/㎡, and strong winds may occur during the storm season. The seismic intensity is between 6 and 7 degrees, and the minimum temperature is approximately 20°C.
