Main Points in Consideration: 1. Build a four-floor container type dormitory on a steel structure (requiring stress calculation). 2. Cover the roof with a sunroom for drying. 3. Add an air conditioning maintenance platform on the exterior facade. 4. Use auxiliary materials to seal the beam gaps and lifting holes between the upper and lower layers. 5. The exterior color is beige, and the resin tile single slope roof is red. 6. The dormitory container is 7205mm long, with a built-in corridor box width of 2300mm (an extended container paired with a built-in widened corridor container). 7. Each dormitory building is equipped with steel structure pedestrian stairs and elevators.

Project Introduction: This project is the construction of a dormitory building for GEM Company in Indonesia. The overall structure consists of steel structure, container type rooms, roof, and drying area. The first floor is reserved for leisure and sports areas, while the second to sixth floors are two and three person dormitories equipped with integrated bathrooms.

The biggest difficulty of this project is that general temporary container house buildings can only meet the construction of three or two or one storeys. This project requires the construction of four-floor container house dormitories, which will be built on the basis of steel structure buildings, posing a great challenge. The company's technical department confirmed the final plan only after rigorous force calculation and provided the customer with a successful written report on force calculation.
