Main Points in Consideration: Owner's building for permanent living. Drawings need the supervision and approval process from designing institute. The building includes HVAC, electrical, water supply and drainage and other professional requirements, and the process of design confirmation and approval is strict. Overseas land transportation is nearly 2,000 kilometers and the road conditions are very poor, which requires strong protection in packaging at factory.

• Project Introduction: This project is a crude oil export pipeline line starting from Koulele, Niger, and ending at Saimei Port, Benin, including a single point mooring and 9 oil transmission stations to export Niger's crude oil. This pipeline consists of two parts: onshore part and offshore part. At present, the project has entered the stage of production and operation. The construction of the fixed camp is also for the sake of the life of the operation and maintenance personnel.
