The absolute minimum temperature at the project site is -57.5°C and the absolute temperature is 33.5°C. The average duration of the frost period is 217 days.   

Project Introduction: The project owner proposes to build a construction camp for 4,998 people for its copper project in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug of the Republic of the Russian Federation. The construction camp will be completed in three phases. The scope of work consists of the supply of the main buildings, assembly design and technical services for the camp, which will be completed in three phases: In the first phase, the supply of building units for 1,230 people will be completed; Phase II: supply of 2,538 units for 2,538 persons; The third phase will consist of the supply of building units for 1,230 persons.
